At ThinkUPC, we are once again joining as a collaborating entity in the 12th edition of the Constantes y Vitales Awards for Biomedical Research and Health Prevention. This corporate responsibility initiative, driven by laSexta and Fundación AXA, aims to recognize the work of the scientific community in Spain and support research of excellence. Our role in the category of best biomedical publication
Our contribution to the Constantes y Vitales Awards focuses specifically on the category that honors the best biomedical publication of the year.
Our team of professionals is responsible for processing and examining the large volume of original scientific articles published between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026. This comprehensive study serves as the foundation for the campaign’s expert committee to personally propose nominations and subsequently choose the winning project or researcher.
How do we carry out this analysis?
To precisely filter the massive amount of available publications, we implement an advanced methodology that combines technology and scientific rigor.
Using web scraping techniques, we automatically identify the articles and extract key data such as the title, abstract, authors, affiliations, and publication date to store them in our own database. We apply the necessary business rules to ensure excellence, and finally, through an Artificial Intelligence model specifically designed to analyze clinical trials, the biomedical publications to be presented to the Constantes y Vitales expert committee for final evaluation are identified.
