Keys to Ferrer’s new digital solution: A milestone in internal communication

Digital transformation is a strategic pillar for connecting people with their organization’s purpose. Recently, Factor Humano magazine highlighted the Ferrer success story, where ThinkUPC collaborated to drive a unique digital ecosystem that integrates information, tools, and services for the entire workforce.

The project focused on closing the digital divide, enabling both office staff and operations and production plant teams to easily access their daily tasks: from viewing payslips and managing leave to real-time corporate updates.

This tailored solution, developed by the ThinkUPC team, not only streamlines daily operations but also strengthens culture and the sense of belonging through tools that foster interaction and cohesion across all workplaces.
