Ferrer is a pharmaceutical company that faced the challenge of reaching 100% of its workforce—especially production teams who do not work at a desk—using a tool that overcame the limitations of their old intranet.
With the goal of aligning communication with their new strategic plan, they sought to create a single digital ecosystem that integrated information, tools, and services, adapting to the reality of each group and putting control in the hands of every professional.
This solution allows staff to easily access everything they need for their daily work, from viewing payslips to the latest company news, fostering interaction between departments and reinforcing a sense of belonging in a unified and accessible environment.
