This technological renewal has modernized content management and significantly improved the user experience for an institution that serves as the benchmark for flexible online training in Catalonia. <\/p><p>The project\u2019s main goal was to transform a Joomla-based environment, which faced technical limitations, into a more intuitive and flexible digital ecosystem. Thanks to our intervention, <strong>the IOC staff has gained the autonomy<\/strong> to manage the portal daily without relying on advanced technical support. Furthermore, we have placed a special focus<strong> on digital inclusivity, removing navigation barriers<\/strong> and ensuring that distance learning is truly accessible to everyone, including the implementation of Occitan language translation.  <\/p><p>Thanks to a<strong> scalable and secure architecture<\/strong>, based on tools such as the Astra theme and the custom development of the \u201cOrquestra IOC\u201d tool, the institute now has a platform ready to provide an agile and efficient service to the more than 10,000 people who study at the center annually. This project ensures navigation that reduces cognitive load and <strong>strengthens protection against vulnerabilities<\/strong>, aligning technology with the entity&#8217;s current and future needs.
