In this context, <strong>the seventh edition of the Hackathon, held alongside the TV3 Marathon and focused on the fight against cancer<\/strong>, demonstrated how young talent applies technology to improve people&#8217;s lives. ThinkUPC actively participated by mentoring and sponsoring challenges, leading to innovative solutions such as:  <\/p><ul><li>Relapse detection: machine learning systems have been developed to predict the risk of relapse in endometrial cancer and leukemia patients through the analysis of genetic markers.<\/li><li>Treatment optimization: the use of machine learning to identify which treatments are most effective for certain childhood tumors.<\/li><li>Emotional well-being: the creation of collaborative games to make hospital stays more pleasant for children and the monitoring of cognitive
