International Certifications<\/h2>

Our ICT services are certified by AENOR under the ISO\/IEC 20000 <\/a><\/strong>quality standard, which independently recognizes that service delivery is fully aligned with client needs and requirements.<\/p>

We also hold the ISO\/IEC 27001<\/a><\/strong> certification, a standard that ensures the effective management of information security, so that the risks associated with the ICT services we provide are properly identified, assessed, and controlled.<\/p>

Additionally, we hold ISO 9001<\/a><\/strong> certification, based on a process management model, which demonstrates our ability to deliver services that meet customer requirements while continuously improving. This international standard focuses on all quality management aspects of the company and ensures a robust quality management system. An important point is the management of our suppliers<\/a>, that is, how we carry out their selection and evaluation.<\/p>

As for our projects, we are certified by Caelum under the ISO\/IEC 15504<\/a><\/strong> – ISO\/IEC 12207<\/a><\/strong> standard, which recognizes the quality of our software development processes.<\/p>

Excellence in Innovation<\/h2>

Our R+D+I management system follows the recommendations of the UNE 166002 <\/a><\/strong>standard. Among other aspects, this standard establishes a process model that ensures the implementation of a policy, evaluation, and improvement of the R+D+I management system.<\/p>

ICT Methodologies<\/h2>

Talent management is a strategic activity to achieve excellence in our processes and, as a result, in the services we offer and the projects we carry out. For this reason, we adopt ITIL <\/strong><\/a>best practices to ensure a high level of quality in service delivery and efficiency in ICT operations.<\/p>

National Security Framework (ENS)<\/h2>

Our information systems supporting Consulting and IT Services have been audited and approved at the medium level in accordance with the requirements of Royal Decree 311\/2022 of May 3, which regulates the National Security Framework in the field of electronic administration.<\/p>

Accredited Consulting for ACCI\u00d3 Programs<\/h2>

Mr. Sergi Sales i Llop, from ThinkUPC, is an accredited advisor bearing the official seal<\/a><\/strong>. This seal is awarded by the Government of Catalonia through ACCI\u00d3 to identify professionals with the most suitable profile to provide personalized and expert guidance to companies through the programs offered by ACCI\u00d3.<\/p>
