Simon Electric, a century-old company and a leader in designing solutions for smart environments, reached out to ThinkUPC to optimize the management of its system infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud (AWS). Faced with the need to focus more efforts on strategic initiatives, and with a hybrid model managed until then by two different providers, Simon was looking for a single technology partner to bring efficiency, agility, and continuous improvement capabilities.

With a service based on three pillars —24×7 monitoring, administration support, and a technical office for automation and optimization— ThinkUPC helped Simon reduce manual tasks, improve security, and optimize system operating costs by 35%, strengthening their position to take on future challenges.
